NTT DATA is hiring a Corporate Counsel Senior Specialist to join them in Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Adept at independently drafting, vetting, reviewing and negotiating Client contracts and/or Vendor contracts.
- Experienced and skilled in handling Master Services Agreements, Managed Services Agreements, Professional Services Agreement, Consulting Services Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Subcontracting Agreements, SOWs, Legal advice etc.
- Proficient in handling complex/large, medium and small deals for a broad spectrum of services across US, EMEA and APJ.
- Ability to be strategic and execution oriented to support and handle end to end management of the commercial contracts.
- Expertise to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail capability.
- Expertise in analysing, addressing and mitigating commercial and legal risk in the Contracts.
- Act as legal SME for commercial contracts in Client contracts and/ or Vendor Contracts.
- Proficient in directly liasoning and communicating with members of various internal teams.
- Ability to be an excellent team player.
- Excellent Time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-driven and motivated to succeed.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM degree from a premier college/university.
- PQE: 8-13 years.
