Global Payments Inc. is hiring a Corporate Counsel with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise executives and management on legal matters impacting business operations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate moderately complex agreements.
- Research and interpret legal principles, laws, and precedents.
- Oversee claims and disputes involving the company.
- Support contract negotiation and assist with external counsel.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure legal compliance.
- Address legal aspects of intellectual property, licensing, vendor procurement, and software agreements.
- Support litigation and manage legal documentation.
Eligibility
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or country equivalent.
- Licensed to practice law with ongoing qualification maintenance.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience.
- Experience with intellectual property, corporate law, financial services, and compliance preferred.
