Details of the Job/Internship
iQor is hiring a Corporate Counsel with 4 or more years of legal experience to join their office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and confidentiality agreements.
- Advise business teams on legal risks, issues, and contract interpretation.
- Improve and manage contract lifecycle processes.
- Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks.
- Support agreements involving vendors, partners, and executive-level deals.
- Assist in managing corporate legal matters including equity administration and governance.
- Handle legal areas such as privacy, compliance, IP, and information security.
- Ensure proper handling of sensitive and confidential data.
- Perform additional legal duties as required.
Eligibility
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
- Minimum of 4 years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
