Details of the Job/Internship
CoinDCX is hiring a Corporate Counsel with experience of 2-5 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting comprehensive legal due diligence for potential investments and acquisitions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various transaction documents, including shareholders' agreements and share purchase agreements.
- Manage portfolio company legal matters and oversee corporate governance frameworks.
- Handle cross-border transactions and navigate international legal complexities.
- Provide strategic general corporate advisory to internal stakeholders to enable business goals.
- Ensure robust compliance and risk management across all corporate and investment activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with different teams to align legal strategies with business operations.
Eligibility
- 2–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with a strong focus on PE, M&A, and corporate advisory.
- Prior experience working at a leading law firm or a specialized investment fund is essential.
- Proven track record of independently assisting in large and complex legal transactions.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic Web3 environment.
