Details of the Job/Internship

eClinical Solutions is hiring a Corporate Counsel with 4–9 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Review terms and conditions for all contracts.
• Draft, edit, standardise, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, independent contractor agreements, and technology licensing and SaaS contracts.
• Serve as the legal contact point for all internal functions and external partners.
• Develop and implement a contract management software system for drafting, review, execution, filing, and compliance.
• Train internal teams on legal, data privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct legal research and support corporate records maintenance.
• Assist with Indian and US matters related to HR, IP, data privacy, security, AI, and risk management.

Eligibility

• LLB from a reputed institution with 4–9 years of in-house legal experience.
• Preferred experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, software, or licensing.
• Expertise in corporate law, employment law, IP, data privacy, risk, and compliance in India, the US, and global jurisdictions.
• Strong contract negotiation and redlining skills.
• Excellent communication, writing, organisational, and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in legal tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Sign, CobbleStone, Practical Law, and legal research platforms.
