Infosys is hiring for the position of Corporate Counsel with 11 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

Compliance Program Development & Implementation

• Design, implement, and continually improve compliance programs, including drafting policies, defining system controls, and monitoring effectiveness.
• Develop and manage third-party risk management and due diligence frameworks.
• Draft and administer the Code of Conduct and Ethics.

Training & Culture Building

• Conduct and oversee compliance training programs—ranging from formal sessions to one-on-one guidance.
• Develop internal compliance communications, including awareness campaigns and mailers.
• Support and foster a strong tone-at-the-top and ethical culture across the organization.

Risk Management & Advisory

• Conduct interviews and process reviews with stakeholders in high-risk areas to ensure compliance with legal and process requirements.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation plans, and monitor their implementation.
• Provide regulatory advisory support to internal stakeholders on applicable laws and compliance obligations.

Subsidiary Compliance Oversight

• Implement and manage compliance programs across subsidiaries.
• Ensure alignment with global integrity and compliance standards.

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Law.
• Work Experience: Minimum 11 years of relevant legal and compliance experience, with at least 8 years in a multinational corporate compliance role.
