Infosys is hiring a Corporate Counsel with a minimum of 11 years of experience to join their office in Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance programs, including drafting policies, defining system controls, and monitoring continuous improvements.
- Conceptualize, develop, and implement third-party risk management programs.
- Manage third-party due diligence processes.
- Conduct or oversee compliance training and education through formal and informal sessions.
- Conduct intra-departmental interviews to verify compliance with processes and applicable legislation.
- Propose and monitor risk mitigation plans identified during process reviews.
- Implement and manage subsidiary compliance programs.
- Provide advisory support to internal stakeholders on regulatory mandates.
- Support initiatives to build organizational tone and culture in line with CIP requirements.
- Draft and administer the Code of Conduct and Ethics.
Eligibility
- Graduation or Post-Graduation in Law.
- Minimum 11 years of experience in a legal and compliance role, preferably in a multinational corporation.
- Expert knowledge of FCPA, UKBA, and other anti-corruption laws.
- Experience implementing third-party risk management programs.
- Strong policy drafting and report development experience.
- Knowledge of IT industry regulatory standards, including anti-corruption, anti-trust, trade controls, and immigration laws.
- Strong analytical, communication, public-speaking, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage independent projects and adapt to innovative and changing environments.
