Details of the Job/Internship

Infosys is hiring for the position of Corporate Counsel  with 8 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Compliance Program Management:
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs including drafting of policies, establishing process controls, and ensuring continual improvement.
• Third-Party Risk Oversight:
• Design and implement third-party risk management and due diligence programs to assess, monitor, and mitigate risk.
• Training & Awareness:
• Conduct formal and informal compliance training, develop internal awareness campaigns, and engage with stakeholders to promote a culture of ethics and integrity.
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation:
• Perform departmental reviews and stakeholder interviews to identify compliance gaps. Recommend and oversee risk mitigation strategies.
• Regulatory Advisory:
• Provide advisory support on legal and regulatory mandates including anti-corruption, anti-trust, trade controls, and immigration laws.
• Policy Governance:
• Draft and manage key policies such as the Code of Conduct, Ethics policies, and support organizational tone-setting initiatives aligned with the Corporate Integrity Program (CIP).
• Subsidiary Compliance:
• Oversee and manage the compliance programs across subsidiaries to ensure alignment and uniform governance.

Eligibility

• Experience: Minimum 8 Years.
• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Law.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
