Details of the Job/Internship

Lucio AI is hiring a Corporate Counsel with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience to join their onsite team in Bangalore. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage corporate and commercial contracts.
• Work closely with internal business teams to support legal requirements.
• Provide legal support aligned with structured workflows and business needs.
• Assist in managing corporate legal operations in a growing legaltech setup.

Eligibility

• 4–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Background in law firm and/or in-house corporate roles.
• Strong experience in corporate and commercial contracting.
• Exposure to SaaS or technology businesses is desirable.
