Shree Cement Ltd. is hiring a Corporate Counsel with 7–11 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate and commercial legal matters.
• Provide support for regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
• Collaborate on expansion and strategic business projects.
• Offer legal insight to support senior leadership in decision-making.
• Ensure legal risk mitigation in a fast-evolving business environment.

Eligibility

• LL.B. with 7–11 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in corporate, commercial, and regulatory law preferred.
