Details of the Job/Internship

Tech Mahindra is hiring a Corporate Counsel with experience of 12-15 years to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet IT, ITES, and technology contracts and legal documentation.
• Review and negotiate Master Service Agreements, EPC and turnkey contracts, professional service agreements, NDAs, and procurement agreements.
• Handle government tenders, bid proposals, RFIs, RFPs, EOIs, and contracts with OEMs, service providers, and subcontractors across software, hardware, cloud, SaaS, AI, and manpower.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders on contractual correspondence, amendments, and extensions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and safeguard the company’s interests by identifying and mitigating risks, liabilities, and deviations.

Eligibility

Experience of at least 12-15 years of full-time experience.
