Details of the Job/Internship

Tour Travel is hiring a Legal Counsel/Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join its Americas and Global Markets team on a full-time basis.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, including client, supplier, technology, and multinational agreements.
• Communicate contractual obligations to commercial teams through trainings and documentation.
• Advise business teams on legal, regulatory, data privacy, and security matters.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting the business.
• Maintain and update contract templates for supported regions.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer with experience in an international law firm or multinational in-house legal team.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating multinational commercial contracts.
• Strong ability to provide practical legal advice and risk assessments.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Salary/Stipend
