Details of the Job/Internship
Wipro Limited is hiring a Corporate Counsel to join its office in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting accounts payable and procure-to-pay processes, invoice processing and audit, vendor payment handling, and financial reporting while working from office and being open to shift-based work.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and procure-to-pay related activities.
- Process and audit invoices and handle vendor payments.
- Utilise SAP FI module for financial accounting activities.
- Prepare analytical reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS tools.
- Manage PO and non-PO invoice workflows.
- Support payment processing with understanding of various payment methods and terms.
- Work from office in Bengaluru and be open to working in shifts.
Eligibility
- Work experience in Accounts Payable/Procure to Pay.
- Knowledge of GST, IGST, CGST, TDS, and VAT.
- Experience in invoice processing, invoice audit, and vendor payments.
- SAP end-user experience in the FI module for financial accounting.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, MIS reporting, and analytical reporting knowledge is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of different payment methods and payment terms.
- Experience handling PO and non-PO invoices.
