Details of the Job/Internship

Zscaler is looking for a Corporate Counsel for their Corporate team with 2-5 years of experience to work at their Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab Office.

Role and Responsibilities

You will provide legal assistance, including statutory compliance, governance, and filing requirements. Also, you will support a wide range of public company matters, including securities law compliance, employment support, and equity plan operations.

• Collaborating with internal and external teams to manage the corporate maintenance, administration, and ongoing compliance of international subsidiary entities.
• Organizing and maintaining corporate minute books, records and corporate structure chart; providing general legal support.
• Coordinating annual meeting processes for global subsidiaries and supporting the formation or integration of new entities globally.
• Drafting basic corporate organizational documents and resolutions; and maintaining director and officer records.
• Conducting legal research and providing analysis on corporate and regulatory issues; supporting due diligence efforts

Eligibility

• Law degree with 2-5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably both in a law firm and in-house legal department.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and general corporate law.
• Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to interface with globally situated teams across time zones.
