A K Nandwani & Associates is hiring a Corporate Drafting Professional with experience of 5+ years to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle the drafting of various corporate and legal documents independently.
- Ensure all drafted materials possess high precision, clarity, and legal soundess.
- Review and refine existing corporate agreements and internal legal templates.
- Manage complex drafting assignments related to corporate governance and business transactions.
- Collaborate with the legal and commerce teams to align documentation with client requirements.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy in all transactional and compliance-related paperwork.
Eligibility
- Strong Commerce background is essential for this role.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate drafting or a related legal field.
- Exceptional drafting skills with the ability to handle tasks independently.

- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
