Mamann Sandaluk LLP is hiring a Corporate Immigration Lawyer with experience to handle a variety of routine and complex permanent and temporary immigration applications. The role is full-time and permanent, with on-site, remote, or hybrid working options. Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous benefits package.
Role and Responsibilities
- Performing case assessments and client consultations.
- Writing and editing submissions for immigration applications.
- Researching immigration law, procedures, and developments.
- Achieving a high rate of success, ensuring client satisfaction, and meeting productivity targets.
Eligibility
- Admission to a Canadian provincial bar.
- Minimum 3 years of Canadian immigration experience, including business visitors, all types of work permits (LMIA-based and LMIA-exempt), LMIA, Express Entry, PNP, and Investors/Entrepreneurs.
