Details of the Job/Internship

Indite Law is hiring a Corporate Law Associate with 0–2 years PQE to work on a variety of corporate matters, assisting with advisory, contracts, and compliance under the guidance of senior lawyers.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support senior lawyers in corporate law matters.
• Draft, review, and assist in negotiation of corporate contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memos or briefs for corporate clients.
• Assist in due diligence, compliance, and other advisory tasks.
• Engage with clients under supervision to understand requirements and provide preliminary legal input.

Eligibility

• 0–2 years PQE in corporate law.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• LLB or equivalent degree with bar registration.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
