Details of the Job/Internship

Parker & Parker Co. LLP is hiring a Corporate Law Associate / Corporate Lawyer with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience to join its Corporate and Commercial practice in Ahmedabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate corporate and commercial contracts.
• Provide corporate advisory and Companies Act compliance support.
• Advise on HR and employment-related contracts and policies.
• Support debt recovery matters, legal notices, and settlements.
• Handle dispute resolution and pre-litigation advisory.
• Assist with transaction support, due diligence, and client interaction.

Eligibility

• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.
• Business-oriented legal approach.
• Ability to work independently.
• Prior law firm experience preferred.

Salary/Stipend
