Treelife is hiring a Corporate Law Associate with experience 0 to 3 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
Corporate Law and Drafting :
- Handle a variety of corporate law matters including drafting, vetting, and maintaining legal documents, conducting legal research, and staying updated on legal and regulatory changes.
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliances,maintain accurate records, and provide timelybadvice to clients.
Business Development:
- Actively participate in business development activities, including client relationship management, marketing, and social media engagement.
Research And Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth legal research on various corporate law matters and prepare comprehensive reports.
Client Management:
- Provide excellent client service, address client queries, and build strong relationships.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM degree from a recognized university.0-3 years of experience in corporate law(preferred).
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in legal drafting and research tools.
