Prospere Consulting is hiring for the position of a Corporate Law Consultant to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

The Corporate Law Consultant will be responsible for providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, handling legal issues, and offering legal assistance to clients. The consultant will work with various teams to ensure that all corporate legal matters are addressed thoroughly and efficiently.

Eligibility

• Expertise in Law and Legal Issues.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Advice.
• Skills in providing Legal Assistance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Expertise in Real Estate Law, Corporate Law, Banking, etc.
• Experience in corporate law is a plus.
• Valid Law practicing license is a must.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
