Spruce InfoTech is hiring a Corporate law for contract analyst to join them in Benagluru office.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in Law.
- At least 6-12 months experience in practicing law (preferred).
- Min 3-5 years’ experience in corporate law for Contract Analyst.
- Exposure and experienced in handling IT contracts administration, drafting and research.
- Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details.
- High Level of expertise in Microsoft (Office, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio).
