Details of the Job/Internship
Ambriona Cacao Blends Pvt Ltd is hiring a Corporate Law Intern to join their office in Mumbai. The internship is for a duration of 2–3 months with part-time and flexible hours.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review vendor agreements, NDAs, and commercial contracts.
- Assist in preparing personal service contracts for employees.
- Review and draft rent and lease agreements for retail and office spaces.
- Support documentation for letters of undertaking and security cheque records.
- Assist with legal documentation relating to employee misconduct and gratuity forfeiture matters.
- Conduct legal research related to FSSAI regulations, consumer protection, and business compliance.
- Assist with intellectual property matters including trademarks and brand protection.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
Eligibility
- Law students in the 3rd–5th year of a 5-year law program or 2nd–3rd year of a 3-year LLB.
- Interest in corporate law, employment law, and startup legal frameworks.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable handling confidential documents.
