Details of the Job/Internship

K&G Tech Law is inviting applications for a Corporate Law Internship specifically for 4th-year law students.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research on corporate statutes and regulatory frameworks.
• Assist in drafting and vetting various corporate legal documents and commercial contracts.
• Participate in the due diligence process for transactional mandates.
• Support the team in managing corporate compliance requirements for clients.
• Analyze complex legal issues and prepare summary notes for senior associates.
• Assist in the preparation of advisory memoranda on general corporate matters.

Eligibility

• Current 4th-year student in a 5-year integrated law program.
• Minimum of 2 prior internships specifically in the field of corporate law.
• Demonstrated interest in corporate advisory and transactional work.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical capabilities.
• High level of commitment and a proactive approach to learning.
