K&G Techlaw Partners is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide support for contract drafting and review processes.
• Conduct corporate legal research and assist with compliance-related tasks.
• Assist the team in various corporate advisory matters.
• Support legal documentation efforts and due diligence processes.

Eligibility

• Must be a final-year LL.B., B.A. LL.B., or B.B.A. LL.B. student.
• Possession of prior internship experience in Corporate Law is mandatory.
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills are required.
• Demonstrated interest in corporate advisory and commercial matters.
