S.B. Jain & Associates is hiring Corporate Law Interns for November 2025 to join their office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in company filings, due diligence, and legal drafting.
• Support corporate transactions and compliance work.
• Conduct legal research and assist in advisory tasks.
• Work under mentorship from experienced professionals.

Eligibility

• Law students (preferably 3rd year and above) with an interest in corporate and commercial laws.
• Strong research and drafting skills.
