Unscript is inviting applications for the position of Corporate Lawyer Intern to support their legal team in handling corporate matters, contract drafting, and client negotiations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising commercial contracts and legal agreements.
• Support negotiations with clients.
• Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Prepare summaries, legal opinions, and internal reports.
• Review contract terms to identify risks and propose amendments.
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Maintain organized documentation and contract records.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.).
• Prior internship experience in a law firm or corporate legal department (preferred).
• Strong interest in corporate and commercial law.
• Basic understanding of contract law and corporate governance principles.
