Patanjali Associates is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with 2 years of experience to join their dynamic team in South Delhi.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years PQE in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, contract drafting, and corporate governance.
- Must possess strong drafting and negotiation skills, in-depth knowledge of corporate regulations, and experience in handling corporate transactions.
- Must be detail-oriented, punctual, able to manage multiple projects, and dedicated to delivering high-quality work.
