Bluth Solar is hiring a Corporate Lawyer Intern to join their office in Noida. The intern will work closely with the legal team to assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate contracts, agreements, and policies.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate contracts, agreements, and policies.
- Conduct legal research and support due diligence processes.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage and maintain legal documentation.
- Assist the legal team with corporate projects and related legal work.
Eligibility
- Enrollment in or completion of a law degree from an accredited university.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements and legal documents.
- Experience in conducting legal research and due diligence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Prior internship or coursework in corporate or energy law is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
