Bluth Solar is hiring a Corporate Lawyer Intern for its Noida office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and amending legal documents.
• Support corporate compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate and commercial laws.
• Analyze legal risks and support contract negotiations.
• Assist the legal team with regulatory frameworks related to the energy sector.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed LL.B. or equivalent degree.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and Contract Law.
• Good legal research and drafting skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
• Familiarity with energy sector regulations is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
