Bluth Solar is hiring a Corporate Lawyer Intern to support its legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions. The internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate law in a high-growth clean energy company, with opportunities to work closely with management and external advisors on registrations, legal documentation, compliance, and intellectual property matters. The role is based in Noida, with on-site, hybrid, or remote work options depending on the candidate profile.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling company registrations, licences, and statutory filings with relevant authorities.
- Drafting, reviewing, issuing, and responding to legal notices.
- Issuing legal notices in matters relating to pending payments, disputes, or contractual breaches.
- Assisting in drafting agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and other corporate documents.
- Filing and managing intellectual property matters, including trademarks and patents.
- Supporting compliance under the Companies Act, MSME, GST, and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinating with consultants, government departments, and legal counsel as required.
- Providing general legal support for ongoing and upcoming business initiatives.
Eligibility
- Final-year law student or recent graduate (LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law.
- Familiarity with company registrations, legal notices, and basic compliance processes.
- Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- Prior internship experience in corporate law or a law firm will be an advantage.
