MBA and Beyond is inviting applications for the internship to join them Virtually.
Role and Responsibilities
Draft, review, and update company policies including:
- Terms and Conditions.
- Refund Policy.
- Privacy Policy.
- Process Policy (Consulting).
- Ensure all policies comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide legal advice on corporate legal matters.
- Liaise with management to align policies with business objectives.
- Conduct regular policy reviews and recommend necessary updates.
- Stay informed on relevant legal developments and advise the company accordingly.
- Handle any legal disputes or issues related to company policies.
Eligibility
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in corporate law, preferably at a reputable firm.
- Proven experience in drafting and reviewing corporate policies.
- Strong knowledge of privacy laws, consumer rights, and corporate regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams.
- Experience in the education consulting industry.
- Familiarity with international legal standards and practices.
