Details of the Job/Internship

Kochhar & Co. is looking for a Corporate Lawyer having 2-4 years experience in Indirect Tax litigation and advisory. The candidate should be capable of handling and arguing matters independently before lower authorities and Tribunal.

The posting will be in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal advice
• Drafting legal documents
• Conducting legal research, and negotiating on behalf of clients.
• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
• Analyzing and resolving complex legal issues
• Conducting legal due diligences
• Drafting/negotiating transaction documents.

Eligibility

• Legal research, drafting legal documents, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in Corporate & Commercial Laws.
• Knowledge of applicable industrial and labour laws.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• LLB degree from a recognized law school.
• Bar Council registration and practicing license.

Salary/Stipend
