Details of the Job/Internship
CruzenDigital is hiring a Corporate Lawyer (Legal Associate) with a minimum of one year of experience to join its New Delhi office. The role involves providing legal support on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters within an in-house corporate environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Providing legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensuring compliance with corporate laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Managing corporate governance matters including board and shareholder documentation.
- Identifying legal risks and proposing practical, business-focused solutions.
- Supporting employment, intellectual property, and compliance matters as required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Master’s degree in Law is an advantage.
- Minimum of one year of experience in corporate or commercial law.
- Experience in an in-house corporate legal role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
