Kutumb is hiring a Corporate Lawyer (Litigation Specialist) with experience of 4+ years to join their legal team in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Aggressively handle complex litigation, arbitration, and corporate disputes.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies to safeguard Kutumb’s interests.
• Manage IP portfolio and prosecute IP infringement.
• Advise on corporate law, governance, compliance, and contracts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, agreements, and IP documents.
• Manage external legal counsel strategically.

Eligibility

• LLB from a premier institution (LLM preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of proven success in litigation.
• Extensive expertise in IP rights protection and corporate law.
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and strategic litigation skills.
• Ability to perform under high pressure.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
