Kutumb is hiring for the position of Corporate Lawyer (Litigation Specialist) with 4+ years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Command and lead high-value litigation, arbitration, and corporate disputes, delivering impactful outcomes.
- Craft and execute aggressive litigation strategies to safeguard and advance Kutumb’s interests.
- Oversee and expand the intellectual property portfolio—trademarks, copyrights, and enforcement.
- Advise on matters of corporate law, governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracts.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, legal opinions, contracts, and IP-related filings with precision.
- Coordinate with and manage external legal counsel to ensure alignment, efficiency, and strategic focus.
Eligibility
- LLB from a top-tier institution (LLM is a plus).
- 4+ years of proven courtroom success, especially in high-stakes litigation and arbitration.
- Strong command over intellectual property law, prosecution, and enforcement.
- Deep understanding of corporate legal frameworks, regulatory compliance, and contracts.
- Superior analytical, strategic, and negotiation skills under pressure.
- A results-driven legal professional with the tenacity to win and protect at all costs.
