Details of the Job/Internship
FivD is hiring a Corporate Lawyer / In-House Legal Counsel with 3–7 years of experience to oversee legal, regulatory, and contractual matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate client contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice on policies, operations, and employee-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, labor, and data protection laws.
- Manage dispute resolution, notices, and legal correspondence with external parties.
- Liaise with external counsel or law firms for litigation and specialized legal support.
- Maintain contract management systems and legal documentation.
- Review and advise on employment policies and compliance matters.
- Monitor legal developments, assess risks, and implement preventive legal measures.
- Support management with legal insights on business strategies and transactions.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM from a recognized university.
- 3–7 years of experience as a Corporate or In-House Counsel, preferably in a mid or large-scale organization.
- Strong understanding of corporate, commercial, contract, and employment laws.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments and with senior management.
