3.0 Verse is hiring a Corporate Lawyer to join them in Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents essential for setting up and operating the company.
- Assist in corporate structuring and compliance with regulations such as FEMA, SEBI, RBI, and PMLA, ensuring smooth and compliant operations.
- Conduct legal research on fintech-related laws, Investment regulations, and other compliance requirements.
- Work closely with the Legal Team to establish legal frameworks that align with our business model and regulatory obligations.
- Monitor regulatory changes and provide updates to ensure the company stays compliant as it grows.
- Maintain and organize legal documentation to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
Eligibility
- LLB from a recognized institution; fresh graduates or those awaiting results can apply.
- Working knowledge of corporate law, contract drafting, and compliance requirements;
- Familiarity with fintech and financial regulations is a plus.
- Ability to conduct detailed legal research on complex topics related to international investments and fintech compliance.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- A self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work in a dynamic startup environment.
- Prior internships in corporate law or fintech-related roles are advantageous but not mandatory.
