8State Ventures is hiring a Corporate Lawyer for a full-time remote role. The position involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with international and local laws, advising on corporate governance, managing legal risks, and supporting mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Advise on corporate governance practices.
- Ensure compliance with international and local laws.
- Manage legal risks and provide support during mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide legal guidance on strategic initiatives.
Eligibility
- Expertise in Corporate Law, Contract Negotiation, and Legal Drafting.
- Knowledge of Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, and Compliance.
- Skills in Risk Assessment, Strategic Planning, and Problem-Solving.
- Excellent Analytical, Research, and Communication abilities.
- Experience with international and multi-jurisdictional legal matters is preferred.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent with admission to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.
