AARC Partners is hiring for the position of Corporate Lawyer to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for advising clients on legal and regulatory compliance, drafting and reviewing legal documents, handling mergers and acquisitions, and providing counsel on cross-border transactions and tax structuring. The position also involves representing clients in legal proceedings, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to legal standards and policies.
Eligibility
- Experience in legal advisory, including mergers and acquisitions and cross-border transactions.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record in representing clients in legal proceedings.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- LLB or equivalent legal qualification; additional certifications in corporate law are a plus.
