Aerie Law is hiring Corporate Law team members with experience ranging from fresh law graduates to lawyers with 1–2 years of experience to join its remote corporate practice. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in corporate advisory and M&A matters.
• Handle substantive legal work with strict timelines.
• Support domestic and international corporate transactions.
• Maintain high standards of accountability, discipline, and work ethic.

Eligibility

• Fresh law graduates with interest in Corporate Law and M&A.
• Lawyers with 1–2 years of experience in general corporate advisory.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
