Details of the Job/Internship

AffieFly is hiring a Corporate Lawyer to join their office in Patna. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s legal activities. The position involves drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, advising on corporate governance, and managing legal risks within the organisation. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to provide legal guidance on business decisions and strategies while safeguarding the company’s interests.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the company’s legal activities.
• Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Advise on corporate governance matters.
• Identify and manage legal risks within the organisation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide legal guidance on business decisions and strategies.

Eligibility

• Strong understanding of Corporate Law, Business Law, and Contract Law.
• Proven skills in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
• Experience in handling regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage legal risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various departments.
• Ability to work on-site at the Patna office.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification is required.
• Bar membership in good standing is preferred.
• Prior experience in the AdTech or technology sector is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
