Details of the Job/Internship
AIRTAXI is hiring a Corporate Lawyer (1–6 years experience) and is also open to Legal Interns.
Role and Responsibilities
Corporate & Legal Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws, aviation regulations, and internal policies
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments
Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, MoUs, and vendor contracts
- Maintain legal documentation and contract repository
Regulatory & Risk Advisory:
- Advise on business operations, partnerships, and expansion
- Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Liaison & Documentation:
- Coordinate with external counsel and regulatory authorities
- Handle compliance documentation and filings
Internal Support:
- Work with operations, admissions, and management teams
- Assist in structuring policies and terms for stakeholders
Intern Responsibilities:
- Support legal research, drafting, and documentation
- Assist in contract review and compliance tracking
- Work on live corporate legal projects
Eligibility
- LL.B./LL.M. (final-year students eligible for internships)
- 1–6 years of experience (freshers with strong internships may be considered)
- Strong understanding of corporate law, contracts, and compliance
- Exposure to aviation/education/regulatory sectors is a plus
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
