Details of the Job/Internship

Airtel Payments Bank is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with 7–8 years of experience, preferably from a law firm. The role requires expertise in agreement vetting, drafting, and negotiation, along with providing day-to-day legal advisory to internal stakeholders.

Role and Responsibilities

•  Independently review medium to high complexity agreements.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and perform impact analysis.
• Interpret and incorporate relevant rules and regulations into drafts.
• Negotiate agreements with partners.
• Assist the legal team in standardizing drafts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to finalize agreements.
• Maintain the contract management tool.
• Provide day-to-day legal advisory to internal teams.

Eligibility

• LLB degree (preferably a 5-year integrated course).
• 7–8 years of relevant experience, preferably from a law firm.
• Proven experience in agreement vetting and negotiation.
• Excellent command of English (speaking, writing, and comprehension).
• Strong time management and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and business-oriented approach.

Salary/Stipend
