Details of the Job/Internship

Alpha Omega Consultancy Services is hiring for the position of Corporate Lawyer with 3 years of experience to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise senior management on a broad range of corporate legal matters including M&A, restructuring, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including NDAs, vendor agreements, shareholder and joint venture agreements.
• Ensure adherence to local and international corporate laws and regulations.
• Support corporate secretarial functions, including drafting board resolutions, organizing board meetings, and handling statutory filings.
• Conduct legal risk assessments and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the business and ensure timely compliance.
• Manage litigation, arbitration, and disputes in coordination with external legal counsel.
• Serve as the liaison between the organization and regulatory bodies or external legal advisors.

Eligibility

• LLB from a recognized university; LLM or specialization in Corporate Law is preferred.
• Qualified to practice law in India.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate law, ideally in an in-house legal team or a reputed law firm.
• Expertise in corporate governance, commercial contracts, and regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen with high professional and ethical standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend
