American Academy of Yoga in Medicine is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with 2–3 years of experience in corporate legal practice to join their remote team on a full-time basis.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and service agreements.
- Provide legal advice on company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Support corporate structuring, due diligence, M&A transactions, and IP-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, labor, and data protection laws.
Eligibility
- LL.B or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
- 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate legal practice (in-house or law firm).
- Strong understanding of corporate law, contracts, and regulatory frameworks.
