Details of the Job/Internship
Analytix is hiring a Corporate Lawyer for a part-time, remote role.
The Corporate Lawyer will assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, advise on legal issues related to business operations, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role also involves providing legal counsel on corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements, while working closely with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
- Advise on corporate law matters related to business operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Provide guidance on risk management and complex legal issues.
- Support internal and external stakeholders with legal counsel.
- Manage multiple priorities independently in a remote working environment.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- Bar admission in a relevant jurisdiction.
- Prior experience in technology, data analytics, or AI-related industries is a plus.
