Details of the Job/Internship
Anand and Anand are hiring a Corporate Lawyer with experience of 5 to 10 years to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal guidance on corporate matters, including contracts, transactions, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies for protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards to maintain legal and operational compliance.
- Negotiate and draft complex contracts, agreements, and licenses, ensuring they align with corporate objectives and legal standards.
- Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions, providing legal insights and support throughout the process.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior legal professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks to ensure business continuity and safeguard corporate interests.
Eligibility
- 5 to 15 years of experience in corporate law, with a strong track record of handling complex legal issues.
- Proficient in drafting legal documents, preparing contracts, and managing legal compliance. Strong negotiation and analytical skills are essential.
- Familiarity with intellectual property laws and practices is highly desirable.
- Robust, proactive, and diligent with a strong commitment to legal excellence and professional integrity.
