Details of the Job/Internship

AppX is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with experience of 3–7 years to join their office in Noida. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Noida, India. The selected candidate will handle all legal matters of the company, ensure regulatory compliance, draft and review contracts, and mitigate legal risks. The salary range for this position is ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month, based on experience. The role involves close collaboration with leadership and decision-makers in a growth-oriented work environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, vendor agreements, employment contracts, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, labour laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle company registrations, filings, and liaise with government authorities.
• Provide legal advice to management on corporate governance, risk management, and compliance matters.
• Manage disputes and legal notices, and coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
• Assist in policy drafting, internal legal documentation, and compliance frameworks.
• Stay updated on changes in corporate and commercial laws affecting the business.

Eligibility

• LLB / LLM from a recognised university.
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, contract, and labour laws.
• Experience in drafting and vetting legal agreements.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.
• Experience working with startups or product-based companies is preferred.
• Understanding of compliance, corporate structuring, and risk assessment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
