AQUILAW is hiring a Corporate Lawyer having 3-5 years of PQE for their Corporate and M&A practice in our Kolkata office.
Eligibility
- The candidate should have worked in a law firm of repute.
- The candidate should have extensive experience in general corporate advisory and M&A transactions (including private equity and VC transactions), commercial contracts and regulatory compliances amongst others.
