AQUILAW has a very robust corporate and commercial, real estate, infrastructure and dispute resolution (including arbitration) practice.

Details of the Job/Internship

AQUILAW is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with experience of 6 years to join their office in Mumbai.

• Practice Area: Corporate and M&A team.

Eligibility

• Atleast 6 years of experience in leading and managing corporate transactions, including investments (cross border and domestic), private equity transactions, venture capital transactions, joint ventures, and other business combinations.
• Should have experience in drafting general corporate and commercial contracts.
• Must have least 6 years of demonstrated success across M&A, PE/VC transactions with a nationally recognised law firm.

Salary/Stipend
